Shipping Services

• Print11 partners with appointed shipping companies to handle the delivery of all orders. While we can provide the date when a parcel is dispatched, we cannot guarantee or control the delivery duration as it depends on the logistics provider and external factors.

Shipping Responsibilities

• Once an order is dispatched, the responsibility for transit lies with the shipping company. Print11 is not liable for delays caused by the courier.

Defective Items

• If an item is found to be defective due to production issues or damage during shipping, Print11 reserves the right to request that the item be returned at the customer’s expense before reproducing the item and sending a replacement.

Undeliverable Parcels

• If a parcel is undeliverable due to issues related to the recipient (e.g., incorrect address, failure to receive), and the parcel is returned to Print11 by the courier, the customer will be responsible for covering the additional courier fee to have the item re-shipped.

Return Process

• For items that need to be returned, customers must contact Print11’s customer service for return authorization and instructions.
